Transforming Brands and Leading Creative Innovation

Achieving success through strategic branding and innovative design leadership with our D.R.I.P.P.E.D. process

D is for Discovery
In the initial phase of the design process, we gather essential information about the client/stakeholder, including branding, perception, mission, vision, issues, and requirements, to set clear expectations and align with the company's mission and goals.
R + I is for Research
In this stage, we build on insights from the discovery phase, initiating brainstorming, problem analysis, and the exploration of potential solutions through sketching and wire-framing, and if necessary, conduct interviews, focus groups, surveys, and usability testing to gather additional data.
P is for Produce and Prototype
The exciting phase of the process begins, as we develop the design by creating site maps, user flows, mock-ups, low-fidelity wireframes, and prototypes, facilitating the initial product iterations and usability testing.
E is for Execute
Once we reach an optimal internal state, we present new concepts, engage in iterative discussions with the client/stakeholder, and work collaboratively to refine and progress towards the final design.
D is for Deliver
Ensuring that we've provided a design we’re proud of and that the client/stakeholder has received the promised service/product with all deliverables and final files, marks the crucial point in our creative process where further iterations or changes are not expected.
